Why We Exist

Every person living with a neuromuscular condition deserves access to promising therapies — without unnecessary delays, and without feeling like a number in a system.

ActagenCT was founded by three people who share a personal connection to neuromuscular disease (NMD): a Stanford clinician who has spent decades caring for NMD patients, an entrepreneur whose wife and family live with myotonic dystrophy, and a daughter who was the caregiver for her mother with ALS.
