Dr. Day is a Stanford neuromuscular disease specialist with more than 40 years dedicated to NMD clinical research. He has served as Principal Investigator on more than 100 clinical trials and has enrolled over 2,000 patients across SMA, DMD, ALS, CMT and related conditions.
Thirty-eight pharmaceutical sponsors have trusted him with their studies. He continues to practice at Stanford while leading the clinical vision for ActagenCT.

Mike is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, built and sold multiple companies. At ActagenCT he leads fundraising and business development.
He brings the perspective of a family that has spent years navigating specialist appointments, mobility equipment and long waits for research to reach them — and he built ActagenCT to shorten that wait for other families.

Sadhana spent 20 years in financial technology as a regulatory compliance professional, serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer. She brings operational discipline, regulatory expertise and strategic leadership to clinical research.
